How do I burn several clips onto a DVD and create a menu?

So, me and some friends made several short skits and recorded them. I was just wondering, is it possible to get all 4 of them (5-10min each) and burn them all onto one disk. Also, would it be possible to create a menu to pick which one of the skits I want to watch? (Like in movies when we have scene selection) Thanks
