How do i change greeting on my android cell phone?

I can't remember how to put a new greeting on my cell phone. At this time it is just blank.
 
Go to your voice mail box and enter your password and wait until it says To create a greeting should be 3 Then you wait until it says to use your personal greeting then do what it says. :)
