How do I......click on a link sent to me via text message on my Samsung Myshot phone?

I sent a wallpaper to my phone via mytinyphone in a text message & it says to click on the link but, when i scroll, it just moves down the screen? How do i get the phone to highlight the link so I can click on it? I have the round type clicker with the 4 dots on it & the clicker in the middle.
Any help would be appreciated! Best answer to the phone who can actually help me make it work :)
