How do I complain about a removed question?

I just answered a question a little while ago. A young lady was asking what the cartilage was beneath her chest. Checking back to see if anyone else had answered it, I received a message that it had been deleted. I'm assuming this was because she used the word br**st instead of chest (I feel ridiculous having to censor that). This was an HONEST question about a person's own body, and not something vulgar or inappropriate! Does anyone else find the removal of this innocent question highly offensive? Who can I complain to about this?

Yeah, that's stupid to remove it. Somehow, the honest questions get removed, and the trolls stay forever, and no, you can't complain. Only the asker can.

You don't know if the question was reported and removed, or if the person asking deleted it themselves. Both would give you the same message. The young lady may have gotten an answer she needed, then realized that the question might be embarassing to have displayed on the site or the internet for friends, family or associates to stumble across some time in the future. So she may have chosen to remove it herself. And does the word "breast" really self-censor? I don't think so. It is probably considered an acceptable word here as it is a correct anatomical designation.

So, since the question is not yours, and you can't verify why it was removed, there really is nothing you can do about it. The only questions you can really 'complain' about are your own - and you do that by appealing if you get a violation notice.
