how do i connect a 1farad cap to a car audio system?

well this "car audio system" is installed in my house running off a 12V 60A Computer Power supply. do I connect the cap to the 12V and ground on my amp or connect capasitor negative to PSU 12v positive and connect the capasitor postive to 12V on the amp?
 
A cap wopn't help with a switchmode power supply.

It's not opinion, it's based on numbers (specs of the subs)....

The type of enclosure really depends on the subs that's used. Not all subs will work in a vented (ported) likewise sealed.
