I have a very old TV with one scart port.
i have a freeview box with one scart
I have a dvd recorder with one scart
I have a scart box which allows me to plug in scart from TV and then has 3 scart ports to allow me to switch between them
I put the scart lead from the TV into the TV MONITOR port on the scart box
I put the scart lead from the DIGIBOX into the scart box port A
I put the scart lead from the DVD recorder into the Scart box b
Works fine, I can watch analogue tv, digital tv and play a dvd from the DVD Record by simply pushing button on scart box eithe A or B
Here is the problem.
I switch the DVD player to AV and I can see the analogue channels no problem. and can recorder them. I cannot get the DVD player to "show" the digital channels at all so cannot record them.
Hours have gone by - loads of different aerial cables going from one box to another - nothing seems to work - have unplugged the lot and given up - spent hours trying to get this to work all to no avail. Can some-one tell me how to plug this lot together. What cables do I need, from where to where.

tv has aerial in and one scart
digibox has aerial in - aerial out and one scart
dvd player has aerial in - aerial out and one scart (lots of other holes which just confuse me!!)
