I am 17 years old and graduated high school a year early. For the longest time I've been fascinated with India. From watching movies based in India, to movies about India, to the rising nation that India is soon becoming...The point is -- I really want to visit India.
I know my dad doesn't have time to go on vacation out there. I want to know if there are any programs out there that would allow to travel to India for the summer? And if I do somehow manage to pull this off -- how can I convince my dad?
I've wanted to see the Taj Mahal since I was in the third grade. How do I convince dad? He's really protective (which is understandable) and has all these weird theories that I'm going to kidnapped and my passport taken away from me...basically he thinks I'll be sold into slavery.
