how do i enable bluetooth on my pc through device manager?

when i opened hp wireless assistant, bluetooth was listed but it said that it was disabled and to enable it i should open device manager. i did, but i couldnt find the bluetooth.
help!
hp online says that if bluetooth is listed in hp wireless assistant, then it is on my computer.

how would i go about installing a driver or software for my bluetooth?
