How do I find out the pass-code for my Optimizer bluetooth?

I've had my bluetooth for a while now, but recently i've got a new phone. The Optimizer is still set up with my old phone and when i try connecting to my new phone it requests a pass code in order to connect. This blue tooth works great! I really need to find out the pass code to connect, Please help! (: Thanks.
