How do i find out the phone number originally assigned to my LG Vu920?

I was sold a used LG Vu920, I want to use the master reset funtion but need the last four digits of the original phone number. How do i find that or is it even possible? Also its a touch screen phone. when i go to calibrate the touchscreen i do the little test for it and no matter how many times i do it tells me it is an "invalid Calibration please touch the + to calibrate the screen." i do every time.. can i fix that also?
