so my phone was working fine, i put it in my pocket, and when i pulled it out the screen was just stuck on solid white. I turned it off then on again, took out the battery, let it charge for several hours, and let it sit without the battery all night but nothing worked. Any ideas? also i have contacts and txt messages i don't want to lose so if anyone has any ideas that'd be great.
