How do I get a bluetooth USB dongle to work?

I have windows 7 65bit and I just be a cheap USB Bluetooth adapter/dongle from ebay. It didnt come with an installation disk, and there is no bluetooth software on my computer (that i know of) that will search for other bluetooth devices to connect to.

Can anyone help me get this thing working so i can have my computer and iphone connect to each other?
 
You have to install the software for the Blue Tooth adapter for it to work, go to the devises manufacturer support website and see if you can download the software or order the software disc if not buy a new one from a computer center.
