How do I get a DVD on my SD card for my android?

I wish to get DVDs onto my SD card for my android, is there any way this is possible to be done without installing anything. If it needs to be done, then I'll install.
I need it be to 100% free and safe as I don't want any viruses.
I tried to get the folder to just place it into the android but there are two folders, Audio_ts and video_ts.

Any advice you would give would be most appreciated, thanks guys!

DVD Format can be a bit of a nuisance, Andriod supports MP4..

I think thats the website, they have lots of movies to download for free, although quality is not always the best they have a good selection and will play on tablets/phones, and are free
