How do i get my android (settings/apps) back to normal if i cant access my

google account? Going crazy. I cleared all my settings on my android. I cant get apps unless i log onto my google account. I cant access my google account unless i access my windows live account. Has this happened to anyone. Is this normal?

(i dont even use my google or windows live accounts, accessing these is driving me crazzzy.)
