how do i get my Asus laptop connected to wireless internet?

i recently got an Asus notebook and for some reason it let me get onto the wireless internet once and haven't been able to do it again since. i can connect to the internet when i use a wire but it wot let me go wireless.
i am currently using a BT home hub.
