I have a cockateil that is mocking the Franklin's outside. I live in Maui, Hawaii. If you are unacquainted with Franklin's they are very noisy and constantly verbal. My cockateil has picked up this nasty noise. How do I get him to stop?? I don't want to keep him covered or keep my doors closed. I don't like to cover him and it is way too hot for that. What do I do??
