How do I get my friends and table-mates to stop joking about rape?

I've been abused in every way as a kid by an older male babysitter, and although he's gone I still get really uptight about the subject since no one else knows.
I really feel as though the next person to say "She's gonna rape you!" or "It ain't rape if you shout 'surprise!'" is going to be punched in the face. Really. Hard.
 
if they know you were abused and that it bothers you when they joke about and they keep doing it then they aren't your friends. find some new ones who will respect your feelings on not make the viscous brutal attack that rape truly is into a joke
 
explain to them your story...if you already have then u must explain to them how people commit suicide after being exposed to somebody they dont wanna be expose to. Also, if they dont listen start talking about there personal pasts. im sure they'd get annoyed. or just cleanly tell them to shut up about the topic or you'll leave
