How do I get my unwilling adult sister diagnosed for mental illness?

She talks to herself. Images wrongs that haven't been committed. Accuses innocent people of crimes and tries to put them in jail. She has abused my elderly parents (my sane siblings and I stopped it) and ONCE abused my child physically (I do not allow my child to around her EVER). She needs help but is convinced everyone else is insane. How can I get her help?
 
unfortunately there's not much u can do except encourage her to talk to a professional.

there's also taking forceful measures to get her to go. but thats a bit extreme.

but because shes an adult u legally cant force her to get any kind of treatment....
