okay hello i am 12 years old and i have not alot but just enough to make me want to get rid of my hip fat i wear tighttightight TIGHT jeans alot and i don wants my flab hanging over the side of my pants i do 40 crunches and 20 pushups a day and i have gone on a diest when i told my friends i was on a diet they say i shouldnt be because i am skinny i just dont want all that pudge.what are some work outs i can do besides crunches and things i can eat???
