I have a 3 month old Bichon Frise. Since I got him he's had tear stains under his eyes. There seems to be two pieces of hair on each side of his eyes that may be causing the irritation for excess tears but everytime I go to groom them he doesn't stay still. Won't let me near his face. I got a tear stain remover form a pet shop an have been using it for about a month now but see no difference at all. Any ideas? I keep thinking he's gonna get an eye infection or something.
