How do I install a lip kit on my 99 Honda Civic? Splash gaurd in the

way--just screw through it? Im having issues installing this fron lip on my Civic. On the end parts of the lip is where Im suppose to drill holes and put screws in, however, the plastic splash gaurd sits right up against those parts of the bumper cover. So, do I just drill through the lip through the splash gaurd and into the bumper cover? There are also screws holding those sides of the splash guard into the bumper cover, do I just leave those screws in? Or do I take the screws out and screw them through the lip on the ends and back through their original holes?

Please give me advice, thanks
