How do i make a marketplace account on the HTC HD7?

I just got it and I went to market place and tried to download an application. It said I needed to make an account so I clicked to set one up and then it said I had to do it from a computer or Xbox live? I don;t have an Xbox live so how do i do it?! Thank you!!
