How do I personalize my apps on the front screen of my Blackberry Curve 8520?

So if you dont totally get what I mean I mean on the main screen of my phone at the bottom there is icon that take me to either my texts my email contacts calendar or media, so I am wondering how do I choose what apps or icons I want to put there so for example I want my BBM icon to be there so I can get there from the main screen. Thanks for you help!
 
To move an icon scroll to it

Press the Menu key and select Move

Use the trackpad to move the icon to your desired position then press the trackpad

Repeat as desired
