Music files that I transferred to my Arc mobile phone cannot be seen by the media player, these files were added to the phone by windows media player sync tool even those I can see these through my computer.
It will find files purchased and downloaded direct to the phone.
I tried installing a different media player but that still didn't work.
I can't see any option for updating the phones media library.
What can I do?
