How do I put my pre-recorded DVR onto a DVD?

My friend performed on live television...
So I recorded her with my At&t Uverse DVR.
And her family asked me if to put her performance onto a DVD for them to keep.
How do I do this? What syncronization software do I need?

Notes: My T.V. top reciever has a USB port... But when attached this with a double-male USB to my computer, my computer didn't recognize that there was any hardware attached... I clicked on the removable disk icon under computer, and it only said: "Please insert a disc into removable disc F:"

There are a few options. If the dvr is able to be connected to your pc you will need drivers so the computer will recognize it. This is probably going to be on the website of the manufacturer.

Also if that doesn't work you can purchase a Dazzle recorder which basically will allow you to record any video you are seeing onto your tv onto another source.

I would say your best bet is to search the manufacturers website and see how to hook the two up. If you have a tivo it is a very simple process, but unfortunately it looks like you don't.
