How do I put songs on my iphone without deleting the current song?

My macbook died so i want to sync songs from another macbook without deleting my current songs. Are there any programs that i can do this with??
Im using a mac and when i click manually manage music it asks if i want to erase and sync or cancel.
 
when you connect any apple device like your iphone in itunes, your device should pop-up and you should be able to see the capacity, then scroll down and change "sync Manually" by changing this it will disable "automatic sync" and so you can add songs without deleting any ones from your iphone or any other apple device..
