how do i re-align my gear hand in my Ford F series 1989 F-250?

Ok my question how do i re-align my gear hand in my Ford F series 1989 F-250? (by the way it is a pickup EFI)

i need to re align the gear hand in side the dash dome it has scews in front

please help
