idk what happened to my phone but i doesn't function anymore, it does not turn on. Just takes me to a white screen with "Reload Softwares 507". i have no clue on how to fix it... HELPPPP
That's a bad deal You have to download desktop software to your pc and reload your os. Its not that difficult and the software will walk you through it. Just go to blackberry.com and download it. Good luck.
