How do I resolve the situation where I have a good internet connection

can't view pages? How to I resolve this problem with my lap top please? It is running on Vista Home Premium and networked with my PC and printer via Home Hub 2. I can get temporary access by unchecking the box for Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/Pv6) in the Network Connections properties window.
