How do I set up a MineCraft Server on a Verizon Router? [Portforwarding]?

I have a MI424-WR Verizon Router.
I fully understand how get into my Router Setting by typing the Default Gateway into the URL. From there Firewall Settings> Portforwarding > then Add. From there I'm lost... I know you need to have the MineCraft UDP at 25565 thats about it. ANY HELP AT ALL IS APPRECIATED! :)
 
Yeah, I'm stuck too. Did you open server.properties and put in the ip????
 
i cant even get to the ip website through the URL the browser keeps saying the site isn't available ive tried almost every browser :(
