I have tried using Ventones, and I download the resulting file (.mp3 format) and put it on a microSD card, and then into my phone, and I dont know how to set it from there, as the file i put on doesnt show on the list of ringtones. I do not have a data plan on my phone, so I cant use the internet. I have tried to install BitPim but the installer file keeps coming down as a 0 kb file. I do not have a cable that attaches my phone to a USB port, nor do I want to purchase one.
Is it at all possible to make this work? if not, what is the cheapest way to go about making it work?
