How do I stay happy consistently?

My wife says that I don't smile much and I'm not happy most of the time. I was like this since I was young. Even when we have sex, she feels that I don't enjoy it. I do enjoy it but she has to see my expression. She's getting fed up and she's close to leaving. What should I do?

Smile! Even if it kills you, she is drawing a line so to speak. She wants to see that she fulfills your hearts desire, and without you showing it she litterally feels like a failure. If you can't push out a smile then you need to sit down and explain that in all honesty your lack of smiles or happy expression are not because of her. But if that fails tell her you hate her and she makes you misrable. she leaving anyways right.

Try smiling all the time even when ur upset and she will notice and it will drive her crazy then you won't have to do it any more.
