BEST ANSWER!!? I know its a sharing program and it can only work when people who download seed as well to share with others.
But my problem is that I dont have unlimited internet, I only have 3GB per month and that is including upload as well. Wanted to download a file that is 550 MB today and I have enough of my limit to do that but I am not even half way of downloading and it already used nearly 500 MB due to seeding (Downloaded 300MB and seeded 200MB)
If I exceed my limit I would get charged a lot, thats why I was wandering is it at all possible to disable seeding?

Ps. Please dont say to me to get unlimited broadband cause I cant, I live in new build area and there are no cables for me to get normal internet and am stuck with dongle:-(
