How do I store a recent number to the contact list on MotoBlur?

Android, right? Press and hold the number in the recent list. You should get a menu that has an "add to contacts" option.
 
How do I store a recent number to the contact list on a Motorola Dext with MotoBlur? Despite being a fantastic handset with a great user interface I just can't find this function. I've never known a phone that doesn't do this & I've had mobile phones for over 15 years.
