How do i take care of a neon tetra fish?

I just want one and i wanna know how to properly take care of it because i want it for a long time!
 
you will want to get a 5 gallon tank, in there you could keep 3 or 4
you will want to get a heater considering the fact tetras are tropical
also you will need some tropical flakes and water conditioner
They are pretty easy to care for though
sometimes you may want to treat them to some blood worms for a treat and weekly you should take 25% of the water out with a gravel vacuum
