I need to call a friend who is visiting her mom in the Philippines but all she has with her is her old Filipino cell phone. Her number is 910-XXX-XXXX, the rest I have to leave out for privacy issues, but the country code i do know is +63.
I was told there is a special format to call outside of the US, but i cant find out what that format is or anything, any assistance?
