when watching a dvd on our hdtv? We have only had our hdtv for a bit and are struggling to remove the black areas on the top and bottom of screen when watching a dvd? When we use the zoom feature we are able to remove some of it but still some black remains. This happens with regular and wide screen dvd's-does not seem to matter. Also we have noticed that often we cannot see the score of a football game as it is not high enough up on the screen to see. This happens not only on our small hdtv but on our big wide screen tv that is about 7 yrs. old HELP
