How do i transfer/copy/move saved SMS from SIM card to phone on Sony

Ericsson W910i or the T707? I've accidentally saved some SMS messages to my SIM from my W910i's inbox and now it won't let me move/transfer/copy the SMS back to the phone memory OR my memory card even though it gives me the option of doing so from the Manage Messages screen. I don't have a USB cable or a SIM card reader.
Also, I'm getting a Sony Ericsson T707 so will the USB cable for it work with my W901i and will it let me access the ENTIRE SIM memory, not just the contacts? If not, can I transfer the SMS from the SIM card to the T707's phone memory?
Would REALLY APPRECIATE some ACTUAL help. Thank you.

Hi, If your phone operating system won't let you transfer messages from your SIM to phone memory then you really need a cable and PC suit of that phone.
I think the new phone which you'll be buying comes with the same required cable most probably a mini-usb cable.

Use the PC suit software to deal with phone and SIM memory
