how do i treat a canker sore with stuff i would usually have at my house?

I have had this canker sore for a few days now
I was reading around and i saw that a yellow ring forms around the canker sore then it goes away well that's already happened So now i just have a crater in my mouth that is really annoying me

Please provide me with any information!
