I have a Gateway laptop, Windows 7 system. I know that I have the bluetooth capability, because on my keyboard area I have the bluetooth symbol... it's just not lit up, and there is no 'external' button to turn it on and off like other laptops.. I need to turn it on to access other hardware with bluetooth.
I have tried doing a full computer search to turn it on, I've tried doing a search for 'find devices' through the device and printer options..
PLEASE HELP.. I am normally a computer nerd, but in this case, I dont know what to do. Please let me know if you need anymore details about my computer too.
