How Do I Turn On The BlueTooth On My Dell Inspiron E1505?

I did: Start ->run -> Services.msc
I couldn't find bluetooth in the list though. If my computer doesn't have it, how can i get it then do it?

Go to start, all programs and locate it on programs list, click on user manual. On my Toshiba its in a pop out window under of all things Toshiba.
Hope this gets you fixed up.
