simcard.how do i unlock my phone? i removed my telstra sim card instaled virign sim card thats all activated but .my cell phone comes up contact service provider .how do i unlock my telstra phone so i can use virigin simcard.please help.i lost my book that went with the motorola

you will have to go to a local cellphone dealer and get it unlocked. You can't do it by yourself because you will need the special number and the access code with only the dealers have. However, they charge a fee based on the model of your phone. The newer the phone, the more expensive. I had to pay 40 bucks for a crappy Nokia 6070 to get it unlocked...
