How do I upgrade my iPhone 4 from jailbroken 4.2 to 4.3 w/o loosing Cydia Apps?

I currently have my iPhone 4 jailbroken with GreenPois0n 4.2. I would like to upgrade to the 4.3 software without loosing my Cydia apps. I've seen on the GreenPois0n website that they have the 4.3 jailbreak. So how do I upgrade the software? Do I need to download the 4.3 software from Apple, and re-jailbreak my phone? Or is there a way to download the jailbroken software from GreenPoison? This will be my second Jailbreak, so I'm sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm still learning how this all works.
