How do I upgrade the OS on my device? If you have any idea, plz give me some advice. Thanks in advance !

You can do it from your phone.

Options icon - Advanced Options - Wireless Update - Check for Updates.

You can use Desktop Manager as the others have answered

Or you can go here:

http://us.blackberry.com/update/

Plug your phone into your computer and click Update your software
