How do I use my phone's internet access for a wireless internet connection on

my laptop via bluetooth? I have a Straighttalk Samsung SGH-T401G phone, and I have a Dell Windows Vista Basic laptop. I am aware that this laptop doesn't already have a bluetooth device installed, so I bought a Dongle off of Amazon. it didn't come with a driver disc so I also need a link to where I can download drivers for it. please give me easy to follow step-by-step instructions for how to set it up, for I am a blonde and have trouble comprehending some techy things. :P AND ONLY TELL ME ABOUT HOW TO DO IT ON THIS PHONE AND LAPTOP TYPE!
 
Contact your cell phone service provider customer support on tethering the phone by blue tooth to lap top and accessing the internet through the phone.
