This program is giving me a migraine.
I've been trying to burn dvd's (for my own personal use, of course), but I can't get a single one to work. I've looked through the book and it doesn't seem to have any directions. I've looked online and you have to pay for all the tutorial crap that they recommend. Can anyone possibly give me some adivce/direction on how to use this program properly?
Here's how I've been trying to do it:
I click on "MyDVD Express" in the right-hand menu and I've tried both "Disc Format: DVD" and "Disc Format: DVD without menus" but when I try to "Add New Movie" I get: "One or more of the files you have selected are unsupported"--(even though the file where I chose the video said it was supported by all files)--"You may need to install additional software to support playback of these files."
What?
When I'm choosing a movie, there are like seven different files I can pesumably choose from. Even though I only pick one file, it still says that. What am I supposed to do--do I need to choose more than one file, do I need to choose all of the files? What program is it saying I might need to have? Any directional advice would be greatly appreciated!
