How do I use that new gadget called the Press N Chop?

I just got one today and it didn't come with directions. It seemed really neat on the tv ! So, how do I use it?

Baddddd gadget! I got one for christmas and it fell apart the first use. Tried to chop and onion and something broke off inside. no instructions with mine either. :/
