how do i use the virtual girl torrent download?

i have the popular Virtual Girl Program for my PC. Instead of buying credits through the website, I checked out piratebay and found a result for 29 girl shows. I downloaded it but i dont know how to use it. The player does not have "Open FIle" options as typical media players. Please advise.
