Ok I know I can have a plug and play kit for the car but I was thinking do I need and adapter or tuner or something else. What im saying is I want it to come through my radio like most of the new cars have these days. I dont want a dock in my car wher I got to put the radio in it or something. i would just rather have it come through my stereo in my car. I have a tv/cd player/radio in my car.

Find out if your deck is satellite ready, if not you'll need to replace it. Cool, now you have your deck. You'll need an in-dash Sirius tuner, and also a Sirius in-dash tuner adapter, together you'll spend $75 to $150. Check Crutchfield, they will pair you up with the part #'s you need, then check fleabay. One downfall of this system is that you pay for it as it's own radio, and can't use it in a boombox or at home. Good luck!
