in almost any movie you have ever heard of, the actors were chosen by the producers/writers without the need for auditions. I highly doubt that any major blockbuster has open auditions. If you want to be in a hollywood production then you will have to have a lot of experience such as small theater/low-budget/school productions, an agent, and/or friends in high places.
You might want to answer any ads for casting calls in your area. If you're in a location where they shoot movies they may need extras. Try reading Variety Magazine to see what kind of ads they have. Also you may look for talent agents in your area. You might also move to Los Angeles and do like hundreds of others have done and still do, wait tables while hitting every audition there is.
